The journey through life is never one without bumps and curveballs, and as we move through our own individual unique challenges, it can be helpful to call on assistance (or reinforcements!) when feeling overwhelmed. Individually, we all have gifts and talents to share with the world, and when under pressure, it can be hard to be able to give generously. One-on-one sessions can help move through different challenges and thus allowing those gifts to shine by tailoring to individual needs and desires.

Using a holistic ‘soul’ approach these sessions can offer a different perspective to mainstream western medicine. Never to be used in replacement of, but alongside, to help shift dis-ease and discomfort, whether it be socially, emotionally, physically, mentally and/or spiritually. Regardless of intention, 1:1 work is a beautiful journey that has been fruitful for many.
Facilitated by Self Founded creator, Madelaine shares her gifts of intuition and practicality with a gentle and compassionate approach.
Sessions may include, or exclude, any or all of the following modalities:
• Yoga (therapeutic)
• Reiki
• Tarot readings (non-predictive)
• Soul counselling

Yoga is a Sanskrit word, meaning to ‘yolk’, to ‘bind together’, to make something whole and to act in the union, or, ‘to directing different parts of self together’. As one begins to look inwards, there can often be this sense of overwhelm, fear, and confusion as one comes to appreciate their own inner power. It’s important to understand that the only part of this universe that we have some control over is ourselves – our reactions, our responses to the world around us, and when we learn to harness our responses, we find power and confidence within. We move from being self-centric to being much more open to the possibilities that exist.
Self Founded facilitates the ancient practice of Hatha yoga, a beautiful and gentle practice that offers the gentle opening of the body and strengthening of spirit. Suited for the beginner to the well practiced, the traditional sequence of Gita Yoga and its potential depth is held in each individual's approach and intention to their practice. It can be for a journey of understanding and self-compassion.
